How do we calculate your monthly fee?

If the processing costs go over the monthly subscription fee, you will be charged only for extra documents. The subscription fee is used to cover fees for processing bank statements, invoices and optional fees. Optional fees: For PDFs containing multiple documents that require separate processing, we charge additional fees, £ 0.02 per invoice and £ 0.05 per sheet for bank statements.

How do we calculate your monthly fee?

All prices are listed as VAT exclusive. Datamolino charges the price in USD, GBP, AUD and EUR, other currencies are for reference only. For clients from the EU providing a valid VAT No. the billed services are subject to the reverse charge – VAT to be accounted for by the recipient as per Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC. For any clients from EU not providing a valid VAT No. the local VAT tax rate relevant to their country of origin will be applied.

Processing only bank statements?

You can use Datamolino for Bank Statement conversion as a stand-alone solution or in tandem with its other bookkeeping automation features.

The monthly fee can be used solely for processing bank statement pages without the need to process invoices or receipts.

Do you charge per company?

No. All Datamolino plans come with unlimited clients (folders) and users, and you’ll have access to all our tools and functionalities.

Do you charge per user?

No. You have the flexibility to invite collaborators or team members without additional charges.

Do my credits roll over?

At this time, unused documents do not roll over to the next month. We suggest choosing a plan that meets your minimum monthly needs.

Should you exceed your plan’s limit, a fee is charged for each extra document, offering you flexibility without overcommitting.

Can I cancel my paid subscription at any time?

Yes. Datamolino is a monthly subscription service.

What types of payment do you accept?

Diirect debit using GoCardless.

We also accept credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa). Every transaction is processed using Braintree, a secure payment gateway.

Multi-entity and complex company setups?

With our folder structure, you have the flexibility to organise documents as you see fit – you can create a folder for each company you manage or add folders for different company departments, locations or projects.

Do you have a plan for single business?

Yes. We have special plans tailored for businesses.

Is there a difference between a Trial and Paid subscription?

No. There is only a document limit in trial.

Our trial version offers a full experience with all features.

Once the trial ends and you choose a paid subscription, you can seamlessly continue using your account.

All data processed during the trial remains securely stored and accessible.
