Email content. Over 60% invoices are received per email. Datamolino processes the attached email invoices without a hitch. But wait. Sometimes the text of the email can include important client instructions. With Datamolino the text of the original email is just a click away. You would be surprised that this is not a standard feature with competing products.
Import history. When you have multiple users working with documents it is always good to know who uploaded what. Also what happened to which upload. This gives you confidence that no document was lost in the process.
Duplicate detection. Datamolino supports advanced duplicate detection. We look for duplicates at the file level and at the data level. If you upload the exact file twice, we do not process the duplicate. If you upload an electronic PDF and later when the paper version arrives and someone uploads a scan, we flag the duplicate for your review.
