In case you need sync your local data after webhook downtime you can simply request recently changes document and pair them with your local records:

Request to List of documents endpoint can contain param modified_since (datetime in iso8601 format)

Each API response from datamolino contains custom header Request-Timestamp, which indicates time, when the request was accepted by Datamolino application server (again in iso8601 format). You can use it if you want.

You should be able to “calculate” the latest update from Datamolino timestamp which will be used as modified_since parameter value

The timestamp does not need to be accurate you just need sure you catch bigger window than the webhook endpoint downtime
