How to use the prototype

What should I focus on?

This prototype is a mock-up. It does not contain all Datamolino functionality. Basically the bottoms of the screens are just stubs and not a full representation of all the data. Focus on user flows and actions, bulk actions.

Submit for Approval

Try to find which folders have approval enabled and submit document for approval.

Approve or Reject

From a perspective of a person that only does approvals, try to find documents that need approval.

Reset Approval step

Figure out how to remove the document from Awaiting Approval

Export

From a perspective of person responsible of publishing documents into the accounting software, try to find what can be exported.

Dashboards and Tabs

Have a look at the dashboards, if the data presentation makes sense. Have a look at the document lists in the various tabs and what data is missing for your quick orientation.

What can I ignore?

Do not worry about design, spacing or any other quirks. This is just a mockup. It is not pixel perfect. And the final visuals will change.

Document Detail

The document detail doesn’t have all the inputs regular Datamolino has. We have not spent time on trying to match it pixel by pixel. Focus on the top part of the screen and the user flows and action buttons.

Design and visual quirks

This is just a prototype, it is not pixel perfect. The various design elements and icons will be changed in the final polished version.

Non-approval features

This prototype does not replicate all the Datamolino features, it doesn’t include settings and many other screens.
