All Datamolino plans come with unlimited clients (folders) and users, and you’ll have access to all our tools and functionalities.

If you’re looking to use line items, a specific plan is required. Bank statement extraction and auto-split are available on every Datamolino plan, but an additional charge applies.

At this time, unused documents do not roll over to the next month.

You can invite as many users as you need. There are no extra charges for users.

Yes. The subscription is a monthly subscription.

The Business plan can serve one company. If you need to manage multiple entities, use our Accountancy plans or ask our support to help you choose a plan for your needs.

If you exceed your plan’s limit, an additional fee applies for each extra document. To best manage costs, we recommend selecting a plan that covers your monthly transactions.

In your Account management settings you can find the detailed fee breakdown for your user plan.

We also accept credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa) via Braintree, a secure payment gateway.

The  trial version offers all features with a document limit.

Once the trial ends and you choose a paid subscription, you can seamlessly continue using your account. All data processed during the trial remains securely stored and accessible.
